Psychic Attack - Hey, It Could Happen

You walk into a room and suddenly feel overwhelmed with exhaustion.
You feel eyes on you even when you are alone.
Your heart is pounding in your chest and you find it hard to breathe for no reason at all.
The top of your head begins to itch or ache dully.
You feel a massive rush of anger, fear, sadness, anxiety and can’t attach it to anything you have been doing or thinking at the time.
You’re with your dog and he/she begins to shiver and stare into space.
The lights flicker repeatedly.
You feel weak, disoriented or nauseous and can’t put your finger on an actual physical reason.
You are with your baby or toddler and they suddenly scream at the top of their lungs and cry uncontrollably.
You feel like physically or verbally lashing out for no reason that you can discern.

Barring any unforeseen health problem, most or all of the above happenings can be attributed to one thing. Psychic attack. Yes, that’s right, I said it. Psychic attack. This attack may be coming from someone who knows exactly what they are doing, but more commonly it is simply someone who is leaking.
“Hee hee, she said leaking.”
Yep, leaking. Every person on this great Earth has an energy field. An aura, if you will. This aura encircles and envelops ones self. I have yet to meet one person who did not have at one time a rip, tear or hole in their aura. When someone gets angry, at something specific or at the world in general, that anger can have sufficient power to poke a hole. When someone gets depressed, sad, etc., same thing. When someone gives their power (ie, saying yes when wanting to say no, things like that) away, the aura gets poked. Then it begans to leak. That leaking energy can easily make it’s way through someone else’s rips, tears or holes.
“Aaauugghhh! How do I stop my aura from leaking? How do I stop getting other peoples leaks?”
Glad you asked.

As I said before, psychic attack may come from someone aiming and firing, or from accidental leakage. First, let me cover the accidental leakage and protection from that. Accidental leakage can cause one or more of the happenings at the beginning of this post to a lesser degree. Accidental leakage is way easier than the aiming and firing type to defend against. You can repair your aura in a matter of seconds after some practice. When your
aura is whole, nothing gets out unless you allow it out, and only what you allow in gets in.
Sit quietly (at first, later when you’ve got the hang of it you can do it on a crowded subway in the Bronx), breathe deeply. Ground yourself. If you are good at visualization simply visualize a long, rusty red colored cord leading from the center of the Earth and coming up through your tailbone, up your spine and straight through the center of your crown and continuing into the heavens. There, you’re grounded. If you are not good at visualization, pretend your feet are sinking into the earth. There, you’re grounded.

After grounding, picture your body surrounded by a bubble. Completely surrounded. Like, under your feet and over your head surrounded. This bubble is surrounding your aura. You can make it as wide open or as squished to your body as you like. I would suggest a happy medium tho, as if it is too big and you forget and leave it that way and walk into a crowd, people will feel like you are in their space, cause you will be!
Now, again, for the visualization impaired, think Wizard of Oz. Think Glenda floating down in her bubble to greet the Munchkins. Be Glenda. Now turn a white light on inside your bubble. Picture a brilliantly bleached sheet if you have trouble seeing white light. Blend that sheet right into your bubble. Make sure there are no dark stains on that sheet or no dark spots in your light. Hold that idea in your head while you sit and breathe deeply. Now, knowing your bubble is perfect in every way, get up and go on about your business. The more you do this, the faster you get at doing it. So then when you feel you are being attacked, do this. If you are with the baby or toddler, do the same thing for them.

If you have a child, and especially if they are showing signs of being psychic, please bubble them, or teach them how to make the bubble themselves. They may find it fun! If you are with a dog, do the same for them. I say dog, because cats seem to have a pretty good grasp on psychic protection, or simply don’t care. Dogs feel it deeply and sometimes need help.

As for what you allow in or out of your aura, that is for another time, another post. Let’s move on to the someone aiming and firing at you portion of our program. If someone is aiming and firing at you they can be doing it by simply thinking or speaking nasty things about you. Gossip, jealousy, things like that. They may not know they are aiming and firing. They may just be venting. With this type of aiming and firing, you will feel some or all of the happenings at the beginning of this blog as a twinge of intensity, not necessarily like a strong onslaught. To defend against this, simply shore up your aura as described earlier, however this time along with grounding with the red cord, use the sky cord. See a brilliant, sparkling cord coming from the heavenly direction and shooting down through your crown, down your spine into the Earth next to the red cord coming up. Then encase your bubble in a flexible mirror, reflective side facing out. If your brain works like mine, at first you may worry that the cords will make holes in the bubble. No worries, the cords can travel through this bubble and mirror with no problem and with no holes. The reason for the mirror is this, negativity will be reflected away from you. At the same time, if you can aim love in all directions, that usually does the trick. Three main things form the basis for any good psychic defense, any at all. To have a strong aura, to reflect negativity away from you and to aim love.

I once was asked advice from dear friend of mine who was having trouble with someone who was being hateful, vengeful and all around nasty to him. I told him to encase that person in love. Beam love and light at him every minute of every day. Either he will then become your friend (if he’s really a good guy at heart), or he will get so overwhelmed he will back off in disgust, not knowing why. I’m happy to say it worked out. The guy simply backed off and my friend had no more trouble with him. I know it is gushy, and mushy and just downright girly. But never underestimate the power of love. Never.
